  • 10k Run - 6.2 Miles

Categories

  • Age Group - Open to Everyone.

  • Invitational - Male 40:00 / Female 45:00 Qualifying Times Required

  • Guardians - Active & Retired Police, Fire, EMS, Military & Spouses

  • AWD - Wheelchairs / Push-Rim - Any person with a significant and permanent physical or motor deficiency requiring a push-rim wheelchair (not hand cranks) to compete.

  • AWD - Para Runners - This category is for any athlete with a disability or impairment that makes them eligible to compete in Para sports. 

  • AWD – Guides - For athletes with disabilities who require a guide, we provide guide registration through our volunteer portal. Please note that we do not supply guides. Registration is free and intended only for individuals who have already arranged to guide an athlete. Guides register as volunteers and must contact us in advance to receive a password for access. Guides receive a volunteer shirt and food/drink, but they do not receive bibs, finisher medals, event shirts, awards eligibility, or results listings.

On-Course Hydration & Restrooms

All hydration stations will be equipped with water, Gatorade, Gels, & Restrooms.

  • Mile 1.3 - Station #1 - First Pass

  • Mile 3 - Station #2 - First Pass

  • Mile 4.5 - Station #1 - Second Pass

Post-Race Food & Drink

All finishers will have access to post-race food and drink near the finish line area.

Course Medical

Medical staff will be stationed at the finish line and roaming the course throughout the morning.
